Job Description:

Participating in the customization and technical support of the ERP system, including troubleshooting and module support. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges, conduct system tests, quality controls, and identify optimization potentials. Assisting in training activities, documentation creation, and user onboarding for efficient use of ERP systems. Involvement in the development, maintenance of system integrations, data migrations, and staying updated on ERP trends and best practices. Supporting IT-related activities in projects and initiatives as needed. Location Austria or Germany

Application Requirements:

Language English German Education Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience Previous experience or internship in the administration or technical support of ERP systems is advantageous. Required skills and competencies Knowledge of ERP software such as Deltek Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good English language skills for international collaboration with colleagues. Work permit in Austria required.
