QA/QC Specialist (National Staff)

Job description

Short description of role and area of responsibilities

DM:

• Participating in Inter-Disciplinary Checks (IDC) and Conducting Final Document Quality Checks in accordance with Client specifications
• Ensuring the Project Deliverables are in Compliance with Client Requirements
• Organize and Conduct Presentations to Employees on the Requirements for Project Documentation

Trainings:

• Maintain the Training Register by developing, receiving approvals, and ensuring it is kept up to date.
• Organize internal and external trainings for employees in line with the IMS process, based on Employee Development Meeting Notes and requests from Department Managers.
• Assess the quality of the training provided.
• Conduct evaluations on the effectiveness of the training upon completion.
• Close out the training process following the IMS process

Additional QHSE Activities:

• Receiving PPE from Subcontractor.
• Distribution/Receiving of PPE to the Employees.
• Receiving and Distribution of HSSE Certificates
• Maintain HSSE Logs
• Monitor Fire Extinguisher on monthly basis
• Maintain Fire Extinguisher Log-quarterly
• To support QHSE Department by Department Manager’s requests

Note: Replacement team member during the leave (vacation, sick leave, etc.,)

Qualification

Высшее Образование / bachelor’s degree
Опыт работы в организации Тренингов, проведения междисциплинарной проверки проектной документации/ Experience in organizing Internal/ External Trainings, conducting Project Deliverables interdisciplinary check (IDC)
Опыт работы более 5 лет/ Work experience of more than 5 years
Знание английского не менее уровня Intermediate/ At least intermediate level of English
Знание русского и казахского языков на свободном уровне/ Advanced level of Russian and Kazakh languages
